Years Running: Track in Middle school, Cross-Country and Track in High School, 5 K and 10 K racing until 2000. That is when I started marathoning. I have since done 46.
 
How many miles a week do you run? Usually 20-30.

How many times a week do you run? 3-5 times.
 
How did you come to join MPRC? I met Pat and Brett at Memorial Park and they were so simpatiocos.
 
Proudest running accomplishment: Outrunning three young marines at Cowtown last year.
 
My favorite training run is: Memorial Park to Polo ground...because of the wonderful water by the tennis court.
 
My favorite race is: I used to love 5 K races because I could go really fast, but I cannot do that anymore.
 
I run because: It is cheaper than therapy! LOL! Actually it is a good way to clear my mind when I run alone and for the social bonding when I run with others.

Currently Signed Up For Any Other Races: Houston and I will be a pacer at the Jacksonville Breast Cancer Marathon.

Other Exercises / Activities Besides Running: Biking, and attending the Houston Symphony and Houston Grand Opera.
 
Favorite Houston Restaurant: Columbe d'Or, Hugo's…but for running I have been eating Chia seeds before the run.
